#16The Journey Doesn't Stop Here
Every season has taught me something new, pushed me outside my comfort zone, and made me even more determined to see how far I can go. I've had some incredible moments, faced plenty of challenges, and learned that success isn't just about standing on the podium — it's about showing up, putting in the work, learning from the tough days, and never giving up on what you love.
I'm lucky to have an amazing family-run team behind me, supporting me every step of the way. From Dad keeping the bike in check as chief mechanic, to Mum keeping everything together as team manager, and my sister Georgia being my biggest supporter, this journey is something we work towards together.
My goal? To keep learning, keep improving, keep achieving, and keep pushing towards bigger and better things. I'm only 17, and I know there's still so much to learn and so many goals to chase.
This is just the beginning, and I'm excited to see where two wheels will take me next!
MEET ALEISHA
Anything and everything on two wheels. For me, racing is more than just a sport — it’s a lifestyle, a challenge, and a dream I’m determined to keep chasing.
🏍️ My Racing Journey So Far
2023 – Where It All Began 🏁
I started my racing journey on a Kawasaki Ninja 300, and it didn’t take long for me to discover just how much I loved it! In my very first year of club racing, I surprised even myself by securing several podium finishes. It was the start of something special, and I was hungry for more!
2024 – Stepping It Up 🔥
Year two saw me move up to the Kawasaki Ninja 400, where I continued to build my confidence, develop my skills, and collect a fair few more podiums along the way. The year also brought an exciting wildcard opportunity in British Superbikes (BSB), giving me my first taste of the big stage and a glimpse of what could be possible.
2025 – Taking On BSB 💪
Year three was time to take the leap! I stepped into the BSB paddock full-time, competing in the Junior Sportsbike class on a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR. It was a challenging year, with plenty of highs, lows, and lessons learned along the way. But I dug deep, kept pushing, and finished 11th in the championship out of 27 riders. It wasn't an easy season, but it taught me so much about racing, resilience, and myself as a rider.
2026 – A New Challenge 🏆
Year four brought another exciting change as I stepped onto the Aprilia RS 660. Returning to club racing gave me the chance to keep developing, gain more experience on a different machine, and put everything I'd learned into practice. The hard work paid off, and I finished 2nd in the championship! A result I'm incredibly proud of and another reminder of what can be achieved with determination and the right people behind you.
